A best friend is someone who knows you very well and still likes you. My best friend, John, and I have been friends since elementary school. He has brown hair, blue eyes, and a contagious laugh that makes everyone around him happy.

John is not only my friend but also my role model. He is always honest and kind to others. For example, he never hesitates to help classmates with their homework or offer a hand to someone in need. What’s more, his academic performance is excellent, which inspires me to strive for better results as well.
